What happens when I call you?
When you call our office, we will collect some general information from you, like your name and contact information. We will also ask about the name of the other party so that we can do a conflicts check.
We’ll get enough information to have a general idea of what is going on in your situation. If you would like to meet with an attorney to discuss possible representation, we will schedule a 1-hour meeting with one of our attorneys to talk in more detail about what is happening and how we can approach the situation.
Do you charge for consultations?
We don’t charge you when you call us, but we do charge $250 for the initial 1-hour meeting with an attorney.
